Good Morning

YOGA is a wonderful technique to get you up in the morning and allows you to liven up gently or powerfully. There are thousands of asanas (postures) to personalise your specific body needs.

Wake up today with some breathing exercises (Pranayama). Take deep breaths in from the abdomen, up to the chest, up to the collar bone and concentrate on making the abdomen rise and then exhale and watch the abdomen lower. Just three times and take in that rich oxygenated breath and breathe out tensions and fatigue. The subtle pranic energy invigorates your system and gives you a definite lift to the start of the day.
