Meditating with Mandalas

Mandalas are pictures used in Meditation. Within the magic circle is a sacred space where we can find tranquility and peace. Notice throughout your day the symbolic circle, for example the circular pattern in material, wall paper, an advert even a coin. Place your gaze softly upon the image. Thoughts will come and go but when they do so let them be and let them drift away. Try not to take particular notice of the thoughts and do not let them control your mind. Return to the symbol time and time again and let it reveal its true self.
